Information used by this website

The website stores your Concierge selections, hairstyle notes, saved looks, bag configurations and favourites. If you upload a portrait or hairstyle reference, it stores the image and its filename. The enquiry form records your name, email address, optional telephone number, enquiry type and message.

Portraits and generated previews

You can choose a supplied model instead of uploading your own portrait. When you request a personalised preview, the source portrait, hairstyle references and selected hair preferences are sent to OpenAI for image editing and image-based checks. Nonempty hairstyle notes are also checked by OpenAI for conflicting requests. Generation may make one corrective retry.

Successful preview images and the specifications used to create them are stored by the website. The image checks are intended to preserve identity and non-hair details, but AI previews can contain inaccuracies.

Services and storage

This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Its application uses Cloudflare database and object storage for saved configurations, enquiries, uploads and previews. OpenAI processes the generation and validation requests. The website's text and image-validation requests set the OpenAI Responses API storage option to false; this setting is not a promise that all provider-side data is immediately deleted.

Your browser session

A cookie named eb_session links this browser to its saved data. The cookie is set with a one-year expiry, renewed when the application sends it again. That cookie expiry does not set an image or enquiry deletion period. Upload and preview retrieval checks the browser session that owns the image.

Removing items and privacy enquiries

Removing a portrait from your design, removing a saved look, or clearing your browser cookie does not automatically delete the stored image files. The application currently has no automatic image-deletion schedule.

For questions about your information or to request its removal, use the contact form and select “Something else”. Include the relevant configuration reference if available, but do not send another portrait merely to make a privacy enquiry.
